Services Set for Teen Baseball Player Killed In Baltimore County Shooting Services have been set for a 17-year-old boy shot and killed near a Baltimore County intersection earlier this week. Elias Cieslak was found with a bullet wound to his chest at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, April 23 on Belair Road near the Rossville Boulevard intersection in Overlea. More than $9,100 had been raised for the teen's family as of Friday, April 28 on a GoFundMe page. A senior at Parkville High School, Elias was a left-handed pitcher and center fielder.
