Closures for all rue21 locations are expected to be completed within the next two months with going-out-of-business sales coming soon. Navy SEAL Who Killed Virginia Couple In Ocean City With Wife 'For Fun' Denied Parole: Report A former Navy SEAL who had help from his wife killing a Virginia couple while on vacation in Ocean City, Maryland won't be getting parole, WTOP reports.
