Newly Minted Millionaire: Framingham Woman Eyes New Home With $4M Jackpot A Bay State woman said she plans to buy a home after winning $4 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery. Aline Freitas, of Framingham, won the jackpot playing the $10 scratch-off game, "777." Related: $15 Million Lottery Jackpot Sold In Western Mass She chose to take the lump sum payment of $2.6 million rather than the annuity. Police ID Man Hit, Killed By Unmarked Norwalk Police Vehicle Authorities have identified the Fairfield County man who was killed when he was hit by an unmarked police vehicle while riding his bike this week.
