East Hampton Man Accused Setting His Home On Fire A 27-year-old Connecticut man is facing arson charges after police say he started a fire at his home earlier this year, causing a massive police and firefighter response, authorities said. Westborough Motorcyclist Killed After Being Thrown From Bike In Worcester Police say excessive speed caused an early morning crash on Monday, Sept. 9, in Worcester that killed a motorcyclist. The crash was reported around 2:45 a.m. near 465 Shrewsbury St. The 26-year-old Westborough rider was thrown from the motorcycle and died at the scene, Worcester police said. Duo Charged With Murdering Mom, Daughter In Central Mass. Shooting Authorities in Worcester have indicted two men in connection with the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old mother and her 11-year-old daughter.
