A firefighter was struck by a fleeing driver who sped through an active crash scene in a Connecticut town on Sunday, Sept. 13, officials said. A New York newlywed who disappeared from his home has been found dead, police announced. Dominick Bianchi, 35, of East Greenbush, was found dead in a wooded area, the East Greenbush Police Department said late Sunday, Sept. 13, nearly five days after he had been reported missing. A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in a Connecticut town Saturday night, Sept. 12, authorities said. Suffield police began receiving reports of a possible vehicle-pedestrian crash near 142 North Main St. around 7:32 p.m., according to the department.
