No Foul Play Suspected In 4-Year-Old Boy's Fatal Fall From 10th-Story CT Window Authorities believe the death of a 4-year-old boy after he fell 10 stories from a Stamford apartment building over the weekend was an accident.  Stamford police said in an update that several women flagged down an officer around 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, July 26, to report that a boy had fallen onto the patio of an apartment building in the 70th block of Prospect Street. The child was pronounced dead at the scene.  Authorities said they believe the child fell from a 10th-floor apartment when a window screen gave way.  A call to Stamford police was not immediately returned.  …
