Paver Brick Thrown At Greencastle Woman's Head By Waynesboro Man: PA State Police A Waynesboro man is accused of hurling a paver brick at a woman’s head in Washington Township, leaving her seriously injured, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, Dec. 9. Jason Elijah Garling, 40, was arrested following the violent altercation on Polidor Road just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, according to police.
