Man Faces Multiple Larceny, Forgery Charges After Wilton Resident's Report Of Stolen Checks A 22-year-old man is facing larceny and forgery charges after police say a Wilton resident reported having their checks stolen. Wilton Police say Mekai Jones of Hackensack, New Jersey was arrested on a warrant on Tuesday, June 4. After a Wilton resident reported having their checks stolen in the mail in July 2018, an investigation was opened and police obtained a warrant for Jones’ arrest.
