Suspects Break Into Homes In Multiple CT Towns, Steal Keys, Credit Cards, Vehicles, Police Say Police are searching for a group of suspects who allegedly broke into unlocked homes in multiple towns in Connecticut and stole keys and credit cards. The incidents took place early in the morning on Thursday, Sept. 9, in New Haven County and included the towns of Guilford, Madison, and Branford. According to the Guilford Police, items stolen during the break-ins included credit cards, small electronics, wallets, purses, and checkbooks, were stolen from the homes.  The suspects also stole vehicles from several homes.  One Guilford home was invaded at 6 a.m. Thursday, according t…

Suspects Caught, Cash Recovered After TD Bank Armed Robbery In Bridgeport An alleged bank robber was caught after he fled the scene with a bag of cash, Bridgeport Police said. The incident took place around 10:27 a.m., Wednesday, June 26, when police received a 911 call that the TD Bank at 975 Madison Ave., was being robbed, said Terron Jones, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police. The employee who called 911 was able to provide police with enough information for responding officers to quickly identify a fleeing vehicle as belonging to the alleged robber, police said.
