EASTON, Conn. Easton parents can get their little ones moving and grooving during Baby & Toddler Be-Bop, one of the scheduled events this week at the Easton Public Library.
Tuesday, Jan. 31
- 10:30 a.m.: Baby & Toddler Be-Bop: Music, movement and fun. Ages 6 month -36 months. Drop-in.
- 2:15 p.m.: Preschool Story Time: Stories and fun activities. Ages 3 & up. Drop-in.
Wednesday, Feb. 1
- 10:30 a.m.: Baby & Toddler Be-Bop: Music, movement and fun. Ages 6 month -36 months. Drop-in.
- 4 p.m.: Crafts - Mini Stick-Sled: This mini-sled will make a great winter keepsake. Registration is required. Grades 3 & up.
- 6:45 p.m.: Happy Groundhog Day Sign: Make a sign to celebrate our groundhog friends. Registration is required. Grades K-2.
Thursday, Feb. 2
- 2:15 p.m.: Preschool Story Time: Stories and fun activities. Ages 3 & up. Drop-in.
- 4 p.m.: Big Kid Story Time: Stories and a themed activity. Grades K & up. Drop-in.
Saturday, Feb. 4
Take Your Child to the Library Day Introduce your child to the library! Drop-in story times will be held at 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Drop-in arts and crafts will take place from 10:30 a.m. to noon and from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tours of the Childrens Department will be given at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. There will be refreshments and raffle prizes too. Registration is not required.
