CT Burglary Suspect Caught After Fleeing At High Rate Of Speed, Police Say Police apprehended a Massachusetts man wanted for burglarizing an occupied Connecticut home before fleeing at a high rate of speed. Michael Mesick, age 31, of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, in Hampden County, was arrested around noon Monday, June 14, after the homeowner interrupted an active burglary in his home in Windsor Locks. After being caught in the home, and as Windsor Locks police converged on the area, Mesick fled, traveling at a high rate of speed making it impossible for a pursuit, said the Windsor Locks Police.
