A Connecticut man who mocked police by doing burnouts in front of them before leading a dangerous, high-speed chase was arrested after turning himself in this week, authorities said.
Bryan Ramos, 20, of Waterbury, was behind the wheel of a silver 2020 BMW with no license plates when he stopped in front of officers who were helping a stranded driver near Boston Post Road and Home Acres Avenue in Milford around 2:40 a.m. on Nov. 28, officers said.

Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help locating a missing 16-year-old girl who hasn't been seen in a day.
New Haven County resident Elizabeth Jacques of Milford was last seen around 8 a.m., Thursday, May 2, in the area of Gulf Street and New Haven Avenue.
Jacques is 5 feet, 140 pounds, with long brown hair, brown eyes, and light brown skin.
She was last seen wearing a white hoodie, gray leggings and white shoes.
Anyone with information regarding Jacques's whereabouts is asked to contact the Milford Police Department at 203-878-6551.

Man Charged In Theft At Car Repair Shop, Milford PD Says
A 37-year-old man was arrested for allegedly taking a vehicle from work without permission and stealing parts off cars.
Jose Ramos, of New Britain, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 13, and charged with two counts of larceny and using a vehicle without permission, said the Milford Police.
According to police, Ramos, an employee at Anthony's High Tech, at 541 New Haven Ave., allegedly using a work vehicle for personal reasons without the owner's consent in April.
He is also accused of stealing parts off of cars meant to be delivered to another business, police said.
