Hartford County resident Richard Valuk, age 47, of Berlin, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on an active arrest warrant Friday, Sept. 6. New Haven County resident Marcus Johnson, age 41, of Waterbury, was charged on Friday, May 5, with one count each of unemployment compensation fraud and larceny, according to the Office of the Chief State's Attorney. The arrest is the result of an investigation following a complaint by the Connecticut Department of Labor.
