Man Shot In Parking Lot, Suspect On Run In Norwalk, Police Say A man is recovering after being shot in the parking lot of a Fairfield County apartment complex. The incident took place in Norwalk around 7:20 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30 on Fairfield Avenue. According to Norwalk Deputy Police Chief Joe Dinho, dispatch received a call reporting that a man had been shot in the parking lot on Fairfield Avenue. Man Stabbed To Death In Norwalk, Police Say A man was stabbed to death in Norwalk overnight, police said. Michael Moody, 29, was found around 1 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 8, after police received a 911 call, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake. Arriving officers located Moody in a Fairfield Avenue apartment and began rendering aid. He was then transported to Norwalk Hospital where he died, Blake said.
