Pedestrian Killed Walking Along CT Highway; Police Investigating Crash Police in Connecticut are asking to speak to witnesses of a crash on Sunday, Nov. 10, that left a pedestrian dead in Hartford County.  Authorities were called to the wreck at the intersection of Barnes Highway (Route 72) and Lincoln Avenue in Bristol just before 6 p.m. and found a man suffering severe injuries, police said.  Paramedics rushed him to an area hospital, where he died of his wounds. According to Lt. Patrick Krajewski of the Bristol Police, officers from the patrol division administered life-saving measures until EMS arrived on the scene to take over care.
