A 1-year-old baby in Connecticut was killed last week in a multi-car pile-up in Hartford County that sent several others to the hospital, authorities said. Ella Salgado, of Meriden in New Haven County, was killed in the three-car crash on the Berlin Parkway just before 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, police said. Man Dies After Being Struck By 2 Vehicles While Crossing Meriden Highway
A man has died after being struck by two vehicles while attempting to cross a busy Connecticut highway. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 7:15 p.m., Wednesday, March 27 in the area of 1966 North Broad St. in Meriden. The crash was reported to be in the northbound lanes on the Berlin Turnpike and it was reported that a pedestrian had been struck by a motor vehicle, said Lt. Darrin McKay of the Meriden Police. Two Killed, Another Seriously Injured In Four-Vehicle CT Crash
Two people were killed and a third suffered serious injuries in a multi-vehicle crash in Connecticut, police said. Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 27 in Hartford County, Newington Police Chief Stephen Clark said that there were two confirmed fatalities in a four-vehicle crash that happened near the intersection of East Cedar Street and Patricia M. Genova Drive. The two victims have been identified as Middlesex County resident Mark Steiner, age 61, of East Hampton, and 29-year-old Hartford County resident Alexis Soto, of Wethersfield.
