Amber Alert Issued For Infant After Mother Found Dead Update: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is holding a twice-deported suspect in a 14-month-old upstate boy's disappearance and his mother's death that prompted an Amber Alert on Friday, May 25. Charges have not yet been filed against 25-year-old Alberto Ebavardo Guiterrez-Reyes, an alias for Evarardo Donoteo-Reyes, a Mexican citizen, ICE said in a statement.
