Man Fires Gun At Teen After Catching Him In His Car In New Haven, Police Say A New Haven man who works as a school security guard has been arrested for allegedly firing a gun at a 14-year-old after catching two juveniles in his vehicle. The incident took place in New Haven around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22 on Hallock Avenue. When officers responded to a report of gunfire they located Tiquentes Graybrown, age unknown, in front of his New Haven home, armed with a handgun, said New Haven Police Capt.
