Shelton Teen Charged With Groping Child At Trumbull Mall An area man was arrested and is facing charges after allegedly groping a 9-year-old girl while visiting Westfield Trumbull Mall. The alleged incident occurred Sunday, Dec. 2 around 3 p.m. A female shopper reporter to authorities that a man had allegedly grabbed her daughter’s buttocks twice in the children’s clothing section at Target.  The mother was on the phone at the time of the incident, and she said that her daughter approached her in a “terrified state” to tell her what had happened.
