FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation is reporting traffic tie-ups along I-95 for nearly 25 miles in Fairfield County on Monday afternoon.
Heavy rain is causing ponding on I-95 near the Darien rest area on Monday morning.

Delays on southbound I-95 are also reported for 5 miles from Exit 16 in Norwalk to Exit 11 in Darien.
