The incident took place around 10:44 p.m., Monday, April 1, when troopers were dispatched to the area of 287 Somers Road, in the town of Somers for the report of attempted larceny, Connecticut State Police said. According to the 9-1-1 call made to police, a full-size pick-up truck approached the United Bank ATM kiosk and began ramming the ATM kiosk repeatedly, state police said.
