Norwalk Teen Faces DUI Charge After BMW Crashes Into Tree In Wilton, Police Say A 19-year-old Norwalk man was driving under the influence when he crashed a BMW into a tree in Wilton, police said. Juan David Rodriguez-Miranda was arrested Monday, Dec. 24, after Wilton Police responded to a call for that the BMW had hit a tree head-on, said the Wilton Police. When officers arrived on the scene they found Miranda-Rodriguez smelled of alcohol and was arrested for DUI less than 21 years old, failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
