CT Man Stabs Himself In Neck As Cops Try To Arrest Him For Carjacking, Police Say A Connecticut man who was being pursued following a carjacking repeatedly stabbed himself in the neck as police attempted to take in into custody. The incident began around 3:24 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 2, when Hartford Police were notified by the Farmington Police Department, that two individuals they had active felony arrest warrants for, were operating a carjacked vehicle in the south end of Hartford, said Hartford Police Lt.
