A new eatery debuting in Fairfield County boasts bread baked with freshly milled flour on-site, along with coffee, an extensive array of pastries, sandwiches, soups, salads, and breakfast fare.
Before realizing their dream of launching the bakery at 580 Riveside Ave. in Westport, which will open this Saturday, Sept. 5, Daniel and Brittany Moreno met as students at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in Dutchess County.
