Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., and George Conrad, Connecticut regional relocation manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., accepted the Cartus Broker Network Masters Cup, which is awarded to the highest rated broker from the 900-member network.
