Monica Scarlato thought she was buying a desk and a wall unit, not a jigsaw puzzle. That was until she got it home and unpacked it.
"There were like a million pieces," she recalls. "There was no way I was ever going to be able to figure out how to put them together."
The solution was a quick call to Mr. Handyman. "I drove past their office in Black Rock every day when I took the kids to school, and they looked like a reputable company."
When Mr. Handyman arrived to assemble the units, her opinion was justified. "He did a great job," she says. "It took him almost all dayI was surprised how long it took. I would never have been able to do it myself."
Scarlato has since moved to Norwalk, and she brought the units with her. "But I kept them assembled," she says. "There's no way I was going to try to put them together again."
