Buying a car can be a stressful experience, unless perhaps youre buying a Mini. Or a Lexus.
JD Power and Associates just released the results of its annual study of customer satisfaction with the vehicle buying process, and the little Mini has received big honors.
JD Power evaluated four categories: working out the deal, salesperson, delivery process and dealership facility.
Overall sales satisfaction increased over last year, and JD Power states this could be due to the fact that manufacturers have been focusing on improving the dealer experience for their customers.
Lexus cruised to first place among luxury brands, but Cadillac and Mercedes-Benz were close behind the Japanese luxury brand. At the bottom of both lists were Volvo (among luxury brands) and Jeep (among mass-market sellers).
