Francesca Frattini, 67, Of Ringwood RINGWOOD, N.J. -- Francesca Frattini, 67, of Ringwood, died Thursday, Nov. 17.  She was born Feb. 3, 1949, in Sant’ Arsencio, Italy, to Maria (Procaccio) and Arsencio Greco.  She came to America at the age of 5 and lived in Queens, N.Y. until she was married April 8, 1971. She and her husband raised their family in Ringwood. She actively was involved in her community throughout the 43 years she lived in Ringwood (i.e. Ringwood Woman’s Club, Ringwood Chamber of Commerce). She volunteered and supported the Red Ribbon Academy.
