POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Alice M. Casale, of Poughkeepsie, died Tuesday, Nov. 22. She was 85.
The daughter of the late Arthur and Alice Harvey, she was born July 6, 1931, in New York City.
She worked in dentistry for 23 years, retiring from Dr. Josias' office in Poughkeepsie.
She was a very active member of Zion Episcopal Church in Wappingers Falls since 1958. Through the church, she had many lifelong friends and the church became an extension of her family. POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Linda Kafina LaTorre, of Poughkeepsie, died Nov. 21. She was 75.
She was born April 26, 1941, in the Bronx and was a resident of Dutchess County the past 20 years.
She received her M.S.W. degree from New York University. Exceptional in her work as a psychotherapist, she touched many lives. She had a wonderful sense of humor, was a talented writer and had a flair and zest for living. Most of all, she cared for people. She had the unique ability to truly listen and always was there for someone in need.

WOOD-RIDGE, N.J. -- Marie C. Kenny, formerly of Wood-Ridge, died Nov. 20. She was 83.
She was born Oct. 14, 1933, in Jersey City. She lived in Secaucus and Wood-Ridge before settling in Toms River.
She was a sales associate at Silver Threads in Brick before retiring, and a former member of the Carlstadt Knights of Columbus Women’s Auxiliary.

BEACON, N.Y. -- Elena Marie Eckert, of Beacon, died Saturday, Nov. 19. She was 53.
Born Nov. 2, 1963, in Poughkeepsie, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Joseph DiRubbio and Sophia Charkalis DiRubbio.

SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Gerald Gorinsky, of Suffern, died Friday, Nov. 18. He was 68.
Gorinsky was born May 12, 1948, in Brooklyn.

Rosemary C. Mac Quaide, 85, Of Wyckoff
WYCKOFF, N.J. -- Rosemary C. Mac Quaide, of Wyckoff, died Friday, Nov. 18. She was 85.
She was born in Manhattan, N..Y and resided in Wyckoff since 1959. She was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth RC Church, Wyckoff. She was employed by General Motors Corp. in Manhattan for 43 years and at the time of her retirement, she was an executive administrative assistant to the chairman of the board.
She is survived by her cousin, Thomas Horsburgh and his wife, Catherine and several other cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, John “Jack” Mac Quaide.
