New Haven City Employee Sent 'Suspicious' Marriage Licenses To Feds, Mayor Elicker Says A Connecticut city employee who allegedly sent what she thought were suspicious marriage license applications to federal authorities has been placed on leave. According to New Haven Mayor Justin Elicker the employee who worked in the city's Office of Vital Statistics, sent dozens of marriage licenses she thought were questionable, reported NBC Connecticut. NBC said the employee, Patricia Clark, told her supervisor she had sent 73 marriages that occurred between August and November to the US Citizens and Immigration Services. Man Who Served In Navy, Worked As Physical Therapist Dies; Survived By Brother In Waterbury A native of Northern Westchester who served in the military and worked as a physical therapist has died. Peter E. Clark, who was born in Mount Kisco and graduated from Fox Lane High School in Bedford, was age 62. He died on Sunday, April 30, and was a longtime resident of Palm Harbor, Florida.  After growing up in Bedford and graduating high school, he joined the US Navy and served his time in honor of his country out at sea during the time of the Libyan Crisis, according to his obituary.
