21-Year-Old Man Shot While Walking On Ella Grasso Boulevard A 21-year-old man was brought to a hospital with a gunshot wound to his stomach on Thursday, Dec. 3, according to police.  The man was shot before 4:12 a.m. on Thursday while walking on Ella T. Grasso Boulevard between Elm Street and Maple Street in New Haven, police said. He was brought to Yale-New Haven Hospital, police said, and reportedly heard a nearby verbal argument, then gunfire.  The victim is in stable condition, police said.
