The incident took place in Middlesex County at Pattaconk Lake in the town of Chester on Sunday, July 17. Man Who Advertised Car For Sale On Facebook Victim Of Gunpoint Robbery At CT Convenience Store Police are investigating after a 21-year-old man's car was stolen at gunpoint in Connecticut after he advertised it for sale. Authorities received a report of a vehicle robbery in Hartford County at about 5:20 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, according to the Bristol Police Department.  The man told officers he had listed his 2019 Dodge Charger on Facebook Marketplace and met with a prospective buyer at the Cumberland Farms parking lot in Forestville about 5 p.m.  The alleged prospective buyer said he wanted to test drive the car and got into the driver's seat. 21-Year-Old Man Shot While Walking On Ella Grasso Boulevard A 21-year-old man was brought to a hospital with a gunshot wound to his stomach on Thursday, Dec. 3, according to police.  The man was shot before 4:12 a.m. on Thursday while walking on Ella T. Grasso Boulevard between Elm Street and Maple Street in New Haven, police said. He was brought to Yale-New Haven Hospital, police said, and reportedly heard a nearby verbal argument, then gunfire.  The victim is in stable condition, police said.
