Man Crashes Into Cruiser After Shooting In Manchester, Police Say A 63-year-old Connecticut man was arrested after authorities said he was involved in a shooting and then crashed into multiple vehicles, including a police cruiser, during a pursuit. Hartford County resident William Ramos Sr., of New Britain, was arrested following an investigation into a shooting on Friday, Nov. 26, in Manchester.
