In Hampden County, a Massachusetts State Police trooper in the town of Russell on patrol at approximately 6 p.m. on Route 90 on Sunday, May 8 conducted an Electronic Vehicle Registration check on a black Jaguar, which found that the SUV had been stolen two days earlier. It happened at about 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16 in Stamford at the intersection of North State Street and Canal Street.
