2 Men Charged In Fight That Left Man Dead At Gillette Stadium During Pats Game: DA Two Rhode Island men have been charged with assault and disorderly conduct following a fight at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, in September that ended with the death of a 53-year-old, authorities said.   John Vieira, age 59, and Justin Mitchell, 39, of Warwick, were charged on Wednesday, Dec. 20, after months of investigation following the Sept. 17 brawl during a Patriots versus Dolphins game, the Norfolk County District Attorney said. Man Not Guilty Of Stabbing Mass Mom To Death By Reason Of Insanity: DA A 25-year-old man was found not guilty by reason of insanity on Thursday, Oct. 12, of stabbing his 51-year-old mother to death in their home in 2019, authorities said.  Sean Murphy lived with his parents on Landau Street in Plainville in October 2019 when he attacked his mother, Carlyn Murphy stabbing her multiple times, the Norfolk County District Attorney said.
