Hit-Run Crash: Man Seriously Injured In CT A man was seriously injured after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in Fairfield County. The incident occurred in Danbury around 8:15 p.m., Wednesday, April 3 in the area of 9A Clapboard Ridge Road. When officers arrived, they found the man in the roadway with serious injuries, said Erin Henry, spokesperson for the Danbury Police Department. The victim has not yet been identified by police. David Sanabria, age 39, of Plainville, was killed around 6:20 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27, in Southington. According to Lt. Keith Egan of the Southington Police, said officers responded to 279 Queen St., for a report of a collision between a motorcycle and a car. One Killed In CT Two-Vehicle Crash, Police Say One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Fairfield County. It took place in Westport around 4:20 p.m., Monday, May 23 at 294 Saugatuck Ave. The first police and fire personnel to arrive found that two cars collided causing extensive damage to both, said Lt. David Wolf, of the Westport Police. Both drivers, the sole occupants of both vehicles, sustained injuries, Wolf said. Man Found Dead On Side Of CT Roadway Following Crash, Police Say A man was found dead on the side of a Connecticut roadway after crashing his vehicle. The man, described as being in his 50s and a Torrington resident, was found around 8 p.m., Sunday, June 27 when Torrington Police received a 911 call regarding a crash on Winsted Road. Hartford Police say they responded to a local hospital around 1:25 p.m., Saturday, May 1, for a report of an accidentally injured two-year-old old who later died, said Hartford Police Lt.
