Court officials report that Bedford Town Justice Erik Jacobsen has been administratively suspended following an arrest for DWI and resisting arrest after police say they had to use a stun gun when he refused to comply with their efforts to arrest him. Brookfield Woman Among Three Arrested After Altercation At Tavern
Three people were arrested following an altercation at a Northern Westchester tavern that left one man injured. The incident began about 11:10 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, when a dispute broke out among several people who knew each other inside O’Connor’s Public House at 222 East Main St. in Mount Kisco, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police. Police Talk Man Down From Metro-North Platform
Westchester County Police intervention was required at the Mount Kisco Metro-North station this week when a man got close to the platform and repeated that “he would be better off dead.” Officers were dispatched to the station shortly after 6 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, where there was a report of a man - whose name has not been released - who was sitting on the end of the platform and continued telling people the macabre statement.
