Monroe Police Help Revive Woman On Heritage Trail MONROE, N.Y. – Monroe Police Officers helped revive a woman who had collapsed on the Heritage Trail on Thursday, officials said.  A female, who was not identified, suddenly collapsed while walking on the trail. MONEY graded more than 2,400 colleges based on comparative-value for graduation rates, earnings, and student loan repayment. Officers responded to the call of arson in progress at Ahorra Ahora Marketplace on Broadway in Newburgh. New Jersey Man Admits To Illegally Dumping Waste In Warwick WARWICK, N.Y. – A New Jersey man admitted to illegally dumping nearly 20,000 cubic yards of waste at six different sites in Warwick on Tuesday, according to District Attorney David Hoovler. Joseph Wallace, 50, of Sussex knowingly caused the release of yards of solid waste into the environment.
