Highland Falls Police Search For Two Missing Teens HIGHLAND FALLS, N.Y. – The Highland Falls Police Department is searching for two teenagers who were reported missing on Monday.  Haley Kaylor, 17, and Matthew Austin, 16, were last seen in the area of Barnstormers in Highlands heading toward Bear Mountain at about 3 p.m., officials said.  Austin is a white male standing about 5-feet, 10-inches with brown hair and eyes. Hunter Accidentally Shot With Arrow In Mount Hope MOUNT HOPE, N.Y. – One hunter mistook one of his companions for a deer and hit him with an arrow in Mount Hope on Sunday, according to the Times-Herald Record.  The incident took place in a wooded area just off of Ledge Road around 7 p.m. The victim was taken to Westchester Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, the Record said.  Sunday was the first day of early bow season. Kingston Man Admits To Killing Passenger In Newburgh Drunk Driving Crash NEWBURGH, N.Y. – A Kingston man admitted to killing the passenger of his car in a drunk-driving crash in the town of Newburgh last December, according to the Times Herald-Record.  James Black, 30, said he was drunk on Dec. 22 when he crashed his 2003 GMC Sierra pickup truck on Quaker Street and killed his passenger, Detrell Pittman.
