Officers responded to the YMCA on Post Road on Wednesday, Dec. 13 on a report of a burglary. They met with a woman who said she had parked her car in the lost at around 5:30 p.m. and returned at 6:40 p.m.  When she returned, she saw that the rear passenger's side window had been broken, police said. Louie Gangcuangco, 31, had been charged with fourth-degree sexual assault last November. Danbury Firefighters Rescue Car That Went Off Road On I-84 DANBURY, Conn. -- Danbury firefighters cut through a steel guardrail to rescue a car that had gone off the road on I-84 Monday night. Members of the C Platoon responded to the scene Monday night when the car went off the highway and into a wooded area on I-84 eastbound. A section of steel guardrail had to be cut to allow access to the car.  Engine 23 and Squad 1 assisted state police with hazard control and clean up, fire officials said.
