Man Nabbed For Sexual Assault Of Young Relative In Stratford, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with the sexual assault of a young relative for several years in Fairfield County.  New Haven County resident Luis Bonilla, age 31, of Ansonia, turned himself in to Stratford Police on Tuesday, Sept. 5 following a two-month investigation. According to Lt. Robert Burroughs, of the Stratford Police, an adult woman filed a complaint with the department in July alleging she was sexually assaulted by Bonila for several years.
