Teen Accused Of Stabbing Girl Surrenders To Norwalk Police An 18-year-old man wanted for a stabbing in Norwalk has been arrested after turning himself into police. The stabbing took place around 7:26 p.m., Saturday, May 4,  on Belden Avenue, said Norwalk Police Lt. Terrence Blake. Arriving officers located a female juvenile victim who had been stabbed in the leg. The victim was transported to Norwalk Hospital with non-life threatening injuries by Norwalk Hospital EMS, Blake said.
