Thomas "Tommy" Edward Lowell IV, who lived in East Windsor and Bristol before moving to Avon, where he was a high school junior, died unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 9. More Than 100 Animals Seized From Home, 8 Pet Bodies Found In Freezer: Police
Two Connecticut women were arrested this week after police seized more than 100 animals at their home in varying states of care and eight dead animals in their freezer, authorities said.
Kristal Lis is charged with 119 counts of animal cruelty and Sandris Lis, both of Coventry, is facing 19 counts of the charge, Coventry Police said.
