Chappaqua's Ben Stiller Filming Series On Murderers' NY Prison Break Just days after a Bedford Hills inmate was denied parole for helping two murders escape from prison, actor and Chappaqua resident Ben Stiller has been seen in the area scouting locations for a Showtime series focusing on the event. Joyce Mitchell, 52, pleaded guilty in 2015 to smuggling the hacksaws and other tools that convicted murderers David Sweat and Richard Matt used to flee the Clinton Correctional Facility in the upstate town of Dannemora on June 5, 2015. Carmel Stop Leads To Felony DWI Charge For 29-Year-Old Woman A 29-year-old Northern Westchester woman faces a felony DWI charge following a traffic stop in Putnam County. Putnam Sheriffs Deputy Kevin Osika recently observed a driver commit a traffic infraction on Route 6 in Carmel. Osika pulled the vehicle over and discovered that the driver, Jessica Santoro of Shrub Oak was intoxicated, said Capt. William McNamara. Due to a previous New York State DWI conviction in 2015, Santoro was charged with a felony DWI count, McNamara said.
