Matthew D. Walder, 38, of Ponte Vedra, pleaded guilty to the felony charges in Dutchess County Court. South Nyack Man Made Purchases With Credit Car Stolen From Car, Police Say ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A South Nyack man was nabbed Thursday for grand larceny after stealing a wallet and credit cards out of a vehicle, according to Orangetown Police. Jacob Neering, 30, was arrested after police were notified that someone was using the victim's credit card which had been stolen on Depew Avenue, to make numerous purchases, police said.
