Bozena hasn't always been a realtor. Like many of the best professionals in her field, she's had a variety of careers and life experiences that help her provide her clients with top-notch service. With a degree in computer science, Bozena's first career was in the technology department of an engineering company. In her spare time, she helped her husband, Jeremi, with his increasingly successful construction company. When her company downsized in 2000, she took this as a sign that she should get into the real estate business full-time.
Passionate about healthy and environmentally responsible living, Bozena recently earned her EcoBroker® designation. EcoBrokers have in-depth training on all aspects of environmental issues associated with home ownership, including knowledge of alternative heating and cooling systems, mold mitigation, green financing, etc. Bozena strives to remain educated in this fast-developing trend in real estate. She also has access to a large network of contractors and service providers who specialize in green solutions.
Bozena is the ultimate "people person." "I love getting to know my clients everyone has a different story. Selling the family home is a very emotional time and I work very hard to help my sellers get their houses looking their best with minimum stress. Often this means hiring a professional designer to come in and rearrange furniture and declutter so that the buyers can see the bones of the house."
When it comes to buyers, Bozena takes the time to get to know everything about her clients. "People start off saying they want a 4 bedroom Colonial, and as the process moves forward, they find out that they much prefer contemporary homes. My job is absolutely fascinating, every client is unique -- I look forward to going to work every day!"
A native of Warsaw, Poland, Bozena and her family have lived in Wilton and New Canaan since 1985. Their now-grown children attended local public schools. Bozena shares with her family a passion for skiing and sailing, and in her spare time, she enjoys reading.
