Lucio Weaver Madison Motorcycle Crash Virginia State Police have identified the 48-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash over the weekend in Madison County. Lucio E. Weaver, of Madison, was heading south on Route 29 at a high rate of speed when he collided with a northbound 2012 Subaru Impreza turning left onto South Main Street around 5:20 p.m. Sunday, April 14, a spokesperson for the department said. Weaver died while in transport to a local hospital. He was wearing a helmet. The driver of the Subaru, a 32-year-old woman from Rochelle, suffered minor injuries in the crash and taken to UVA Medical Center for treatment. She …

$4 Million In Meth, Pot, Cocaine Seized; 10 Arrested In Bust Across Northern Virginia More than $4 million worth of drugs were seized and ten people were arrested in an investigation spanning six counties across northern Virginia. The five-month investigation by the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force spanned Orange, Fauquier, Stafford, Alexandria, Loudon, and Mecklenburg counties. Officers executed search warrants at multiple homes in the six counties on Monday, Dec. 11 and Wednesday, Dec. 13, resulting in 10 arrests and 24 felony charges.
