Reckless Motorcyclist Killed In Dumfries Three-Vehicle Crash: Police A motorcyclist who caused a three-vehicle accident in Dumfries has died from his injuries, police said.On August 7 at around 11:15 a.m., Jason Whitaker, 46, was riding his motorcycle on Richmond Highway, when he ignored a red light and proceeded into an intersection, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Whitaker, who collided with a Hyundai Tucson, was thrown off his bike from the impact and was then hit in the intersection by a Dodge Ram, authorities said.
