'Father-Figure' Who Repeatedly Raped, Abused Girl In His Care Gets Life In Prison: DC Feds
A man who repeatedly raped and sexually abused a young girl he helped raise in Maryland has been sentenced to life in prison, federal authorities in DC announced on Wednesday. Waldorf resident Charles Clark, 67, was sentenced on April 3 for sexually abusing a child who was entrusted to his care hundreds of times over the course of several years.
