Teacher Accused Of Assaulting 11-Year-Old In Belville Middle School Cafeteria, Police Say An educator in Virginia found herself on the wrong side of the law after allegedly getting physical with a child during an incident at an area elementary school. Theresa Lillian White, 61, was charged following an investigation by the School Resource Officer assigned to Belville Middle School in Woodbridge following an alleged assault of an 11-year-old student, the Prince William County Police Department announced on Monday.
