Third Man Arrested In 2021 Woodbridge Shootout That Injured 9-Year-Old Girl: Police Prince William County police say they arrested a third man involved in a June 2021 shootout that injured a 9-year-old girl.  Jerrell Joseph Blakey Jr., 22, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged over the weekend with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, Prince William County police said.
